Oh, you want more? Got it.
Evan isn’t just the business mind behind the Meat Dudes—he’s a passionate foodie on a mission. A seasoned entrepreneur, Evan is on a pursuit for delicious, sustainable meat. He’s traveled the world (world-class flair bartender, anyone?), honing his palate and learning from the best chefs. But Evan’s not just about fancy cuts—he’s the ultimate tester, constantly experimenting and leaning on the meat experts for what works. He wants you to know where your food comes from and why it matters, making sustainable, high-quality meat accessible to everyone. Even though Evan does lean more into the business side of the biz, the dude knows a thing or two about meat.
Tyler is the co-head chef of Lady Jaye and his 30 years of experience is as diverse as the cuts of meat we talk about. He’s been a professional cook since he was 16-years old when he began as a young pizzaiolo (pizza dude) in his local shop. He brings his Michelin star experience to Lady Jaye, and now to the Meat Dudes. He’s a life-long learner, constantly exploring new techniques and flavors from around the world.
