Evan is the entrepreneurial force behind The Meat Dudes and the one obsessed with delicious, sustainable, and high-quality meats. Tyler is a 30-year vet in the culinary world, bringing his passion and unmatched expertise to your eyes, ears, and brain to make you a better meat dude.
The Meat Dudes is, at its core, a place where you can understand your meat and the importance of knowing where your food comes from. We’re all about quality, sustainability, and eating really good meat. All of that starts with the right resources.
Our butcher shop is unique. Period. We focus on exceptional quality, sourcing all of our beef, pork, and chicken from a single, sustainable farm in the Pacific Northwest. That expression “nose to tail” applies to everything we sell. No part of any animal goes to waste. Our chefs are constantly wielding their knives to give you the best cuts and styles you won’t find anywhere else in Seattle, including Full Blood Wagyu from the Pacific Northwest and A5 Wagyu directly from Japan.
